Ursus OÜ started in the field of wholesale trade in 1992 . Over 30 years we have been involved in the import and wholesale of basic necessities and household goods. The company’s product portfolio includes a wide range of world-renowned and recognized brands, with which we supply most of the most well-known trade chains and stores in Estonia. Apart from the domestic market, we also represent several well-known brands in Latvia, Lithuania and Finland in cooperation with manufacturers.
The goal of the company is to provide a comprehensive assortment that supports the needs and category of consumers, as well as excellent sales service and best field practices from our experienced team. Years of cooperation with retail and product selection based on the principles of category management helped us to remain successful for a long time remaining a reliable trading partner that creates value for all parties.
The office and warehouse complexes of Ursus OÜ are located in Pärnu, but we serve our customers all over Estonia as well as in nearby countries. Delivery of ordered goods is carried out within Estonia through our partners on a regular basis.
Distribution
We are the official importer and distributor of the products in our product portfolio. We represent the brands in the product portfolio both in the Estonian and, in several cases, in the Baltic markets, staying responsible for the distribution and sales service of the stock.
Sales and marketing support
Besides distribution, we offer sales and marketing support to many brands in our product portfolio, including marketing and communication to the end consumer, use of sales support materials at points of sale, product presentations and planning and introduction of promotional sales in customer stores.
Warehouse and logistics
The strategic location of the warehouse and logistics unit enables fast connections in all directions. The warehouse and logistics unit of Ursus OÜ, operating on 2600m2, is established in an excellent logistical location, on Via Baltica (E67) Road in Pärnu. Here we store all the brands we represent under the most favourable conditions.
We offer delivery of ordered goods through our cooperation partners, according to the agreed terms and delivery schedule, directly to the destination requested by the customer.
What’s more, there is a connection to important transport hubs in Europe.
